Typical EU 'justice' : Apartheid regime soldiers (victims black, perpetrators white) unarrested, in fact pardoned.
Pinochet's regime soldiers (victims involve a few Europeans, perpetrators 'act' white) arrested. Wow!
129 persons----- quite a lot of Inquisition here. Big up the racist EU! But serioulsy though, the US should enforce the Monroe doctrine and drive these power perverts called the EU out of South America.
